In our current challenging economy we are continually evaluating methods to enhance our capabilities to provide the outstanding, responsive service our customers expect.

We offer lightning fast shipping, a great warranty, the most complete range of fluid transfer products and accessories in our industries, and a live person to answer the phone whenever you need to call.  And there is no minimum order requirement. 

In order to continue delivering on these difficult promises, we have invested in new IT hardware and software.  This substantial investment should be fully operational by the end of 2012.  When implemented, our customers will receive order acknowledgments, shipping information (with tracking information), packing lists, and invoices directly to their email inboxes.

Our success depends on the relationships we have built with our outstanding national network of distributors and our dedicated group of employee owners.  This investment will hopefully demonstrate our commitment to furthering those relationships and continuing to provide our maximum response.
